The Sooner You Begin, The Sooner Change Can Begin

We understand these thoughts and feelings, with 20 years of experience helping people we understand the thoughts and fears of people considering counselling for the first time.
Some questions you might be asking yourself.
- How can talking to a stranger help?
- What good will it do?
- I should be able to sort this out myself
- I’ve always got through hard times in the past, why can’t I do it now?
- What will people think if they know I’m seeing a counsellor?
All of our counsellors are real people too and not judging you in any way, we just want to help. All our counsellors are highly trained and experienced and are here to help you reach your place of happiness as soon as possible. The sooner you begin, the sooner change can begin. Many of our clients say, even after their first session, that they feel relief and a weight lifted from their shoulders.
We offer in person, online or telephone counselling so you can choose the way to access counselling which is right for you and fits into your schedule.
Our aim is to accept you as you are, to hear and understand you, and enter into a relationship that is real and genuine, in which we can help you to identify your issues and resolutions. We offer a safe place to explore feelings and emotions in a non-judgmental and confidential setting.

In-person Counselling
In-person counselling creates a safe and supportive space where you can open up with confidence, knowing that everything you share is treated with care and confidentiality. Your counsellor will be there for you with kindness and understanding, offering guidance without judgment. Together, you’ll explore different ways to navigate challenges and find the path that feels right for you, helping you move towards the life you truly want to live.

Remote Counselling
Remote counselling is a form of therapy conducted remotely through online platforms, video calls, phone calls. It allows individuals to connect with professional counsellors from the comfort of their own space, making therapy more accessible and flexible.
Many people choose virtual counselling because it eliminates travel time, offers greater privacy, and can fit more easily into busy schedules. It’s especially helpful for those who may struggle with mobility, live in remote areas, or simply prefer the convenience of online sessions.

We have a limited number of places available free of charge. In these sessions you would be working with one of our student counsellors. All our students are in their final stages of placement before they complete their qualification and become qualified counsellors.
